### Order Processing & Fulfillment Timing

All orders are submitted to production within 12–24 hours of purchase. Because each item is made-to-order, cancellations or changes may not be possible after production begins.

### Final Sale Clause

Once an order enters production with our fulfillment partner, it is considered final and cannot be refunded unless there is a defect or fulfillment error.
